This product is a 1.4571/316Ti Reducer made of stainless steel. It is available in materials like 316, 316L, 316H, and 316TI. The concentric reducers are designed to connect pipes of different diameters smoothly. -Mandatory 100% pre-shipment inspections are carried out, including dimensional checks, non-destructive testing (ultrasonic testing/radiographic testing), and mechanical property testing.

Performance Advantages of 316 Concentric Reducers

The 1.4571/316Ti Reducer is made of austenitic stainless steel 316 series alloy and is stabilized by adding titanium element (Ti). Such chemical composition effectively inhibits the precipitation of chromium carbide and reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion. Stainless Steel 316 series Concentric Reducers exhibit excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in a high-temperature chloride environment (500 - 800°C).

The low carbon content (≤0.03%) of 316L (UNS S31603) ensures the corrosion resistance of the heat-affected zone during welding.

316H (0.04 - 0.10%C) enhances the high-temperature strength.

The 1.4571/31Ti material complies with the EN 10088-3 standard. The 316Ti Reducer with a Ti content of 0.4 - 0.7% maintains dimensional stability under continuous high-temperature conditions (≤425°C). Its yield strength (≥205MPa) and elongation rate (≥40%) meet the requirements of the ASME B16.9 fitting specification. The fittings of this series are suitable for strongly oxidizing media (nitric acid, phosphoric acid) and organic acid environments. With EP (electropolishing) or BA (bright annealing) surface treatment, the roughness requirement of Ra≤0.8μm can be achieved.

MTSCO's Buttweld fittings, including BW fittings, tees, elbows, and reducers, are packaged with optimized packaging solutions to ensure integrity for worldwide shipments.

Large-diameter fittings: packaged in corrosion-resistant plastic film, with nozzles protected by pearl wool

Regular fittings: each fitting individually wrapped in bubble wrap

Packed externally in wooden crates/pallets, reinforced with dowels and ropes when loading containers. Each shipment has a packaging record with photographic evidence of loading distribution and container reinforcement to support customs clearance and quality traceability.
