1. Secondary Inspection of Raw Materials

Our raw materials come from large factories such as Baosteel, Yongxin, Taishan Steel...Each batch of raw materials requires MTC and PMI. After the raw materials arrive, we conduct PMI and other inspections again to ensure that they meet the requirements.

2. Traceability of the Production Process

MTSCO has 1 vacuum furnace, 8 electroslag furnaces, and a series of advanced equipment such as straight wire drawing machine, inverted wire drawing machine, electric annealing furnace, etc. MTSCO wires production process includes pickling and phosphating, cold drawing, annealing, quenching, tempering, etc.
Each process is supervised by process cards and professional quality inspectors. We will take photos to provide you with traceable evidence of the entire process.

3. On-line Measurement

Experienced QC inspectors always check our production line for problems. For oil-quenched wire rods, advanced eddy current testing is used, which is an important part of our quality control.

4. 100% Inspection before Shipment

MTSCO has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the wire, including routine appearance test, mechanical performance test, 100% X-ray, NDT test before shipment. and we also accept third party inspections, such as SGS、TUV、BV, etc.
For packing and loading, our approach includes using wooden crates, coiled bundling, paper tubes, pallets, and wire racks. Additionally, during containerization, we reinforce the packaging with wooden supports and ropes to ensure secure transit.
