Precision bright tube is one of high precision steel pipe made of fine drawn or cold-rolled. The precision bright tube has following advantages: no oxidation layer on inside/outside wall, without leakage withstand high pressure, high precision, high degree of finish, no deformation, flaring while bending, flattening without cracks. So they are mainly used in the production of pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as cylinder or oil cylinder which can be seamless or welded tube. Chemical components of precision bright tube have carbon C, silicon Si, manganese Mn, sulfur S, phosphorus P, chromium Cr.
Each lot of raw materials will be tested by spectrometer before put into the storage. We will 100% PMI the mother pipe to ensure we put right material. We will 100% PMI the finished pipe again to ensure we produced right grade. This is the way we ensure the chemical quality.
We are using the advanced cold drawn technology from Japan and Korean, making the close dimension controls.
