 This is the type of drawing used for the highest quality output. The outside and insida diameters of the mother tube are worked at the same time. A floating plug made of high grade tool steel with a polished surface is located inside the mother tube. As the tube is drawn through the die, the floating plug inside the mother tube stays steady because of its shape, and the burnishing action of the metal flowing over the statinary plug imparts a high tolerance surface finish inside the tube. Continuous working of the floating piug promotes the tubing length to reach hundreds of meters, which allows us to make coiled tubing. With the technology of bright annealing, there's no oxide coating on surface, which is much more environment protective, and the surface of tube can be much somoother, and can be used in food industry as sanitary tube. 

Compact Package For Shipment And Storage

We all know well that because of the limited length of container in sea shipment, normally, we only can ship seamless tube with length not more than 15 meters. But for coiled tubing, even length reaching more than 1000 meters, it also can be shipped easily in container. The seamless coiled tubing is level wound per coil, then packed by plywood case, also it can be level wound on wooden or plastic spools for the smaller dimensions.
