 There are some difference between other factories and us.

1) Our drawing machine equipment reach more than 70m, and we can produce 53m straight tubes.

2) We have 4 bright annealing furnace. And early next year, we will set up a mesh belt furnace. So, we will have 5 furnaces. Especially, one of them is very special. It can bear 1350 celsius. And they are electric furnaces, so the set up temperature and inner temperature can control within minus or plus 2 celsius.

3) There is no oxide clothes if using bright annealing furnace, so the products we produce are very clean. You know the normal factory, if the pipe reach 20m, then it hard to be cleaned its inner. But our products even if you don't clean them, they are enough clean.

4) We use the floating plug drawing technology which is used inKoreaandJapan.

5) MTSCOMaxtech has the most advanced and perfect professional laboratories, with the well-equipped facilities, including Drawing Machines, Eddy Current Test Machine, Hydraulic Test Equipment, Hardness Tester, Impact Tester Equipment, Metallurgical Equipments. MTSCOMaxtech also has the most advanced Oxford type 7000 handheld spectrometer, which can do the 100% PMI chemical testing. The use of various detection tools which enable us to ensure excellent quality of all the pipes. Especially, the eddy current testing combined with ultrasonic testing machine can test 30 m. The other factories in china just can test 12m.
